End of Summer Italian Themed Dinner
Italian Dinner Links I used store bought lemon sorbet to make it less work but prepped the lemons at home. I cleaned out 5-6 lemons and sliced off of the bottom just barely so that they would stand upright. I froze them overnight and when we were ready for dessert I scooped in lemon sorbet and topped with the remainder of the lemon. These would look pretty with a mint leaf on top too!
